Easy Paleo Valentine's Day Dinner

Valentine’s Day can be a time to connect with your spouse or significant other, but so many times it feels like a commercialized holiday…one more thing on your to do list.

My husband and I have a tradition that we have a special date night, but not on Valentine’s Day. The crowded tables, limited menu, and odd eating times (if you don’t make reservations enough in advance) were just a big turn off. This year, I am going to make a special dinner for us. It will be items we love, private, and as a big plus…healthy!

I am no great chef, so the items also have to be easy. Here is my Paleo plan:

Amazing Steak – I used ghee instead of butter in this recipe

Cauliflower Mashed Potatoes – I use ghee instead of butter again

Prosciutto Asparagus

Keto Garlic Bread

Paleo Chocolate Mouse with strawberry rosesI put the roses on top as a garnish like in this blog post

A delicious, easy, special Paleo meal with no sugar added. You can’t ask for much more than that. 🙂

P.S. For breakfast, I made chocolate dipped bacon roses (almond butter instead of peanut butter) with our eggs, and that was a big hit!
